March 29, 2016

Congratulations, Brenna!!!  Very well deserved!!!

We are so thrilled to share this great news with our friends and colleagues, and we have many interesting plans going forward to address the engineering device challenge!

Brenna is a Maryland native who graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in December 2015 with a degree in chemistry and minor in statistics. As a Beckman Scholar, she got involved in researching the photocatalytic prowess of titanates with the hollandite structure for applications to water splitting. She is excited to continue working within the field of solar devices, now from an engineering perspective, as a graduate student in the Hu Lab!
